Imagine IS
The Imagine Information System (IS) was designed to support person-centered practices and streamline administrative processes. The ISP in imagine consists of real-time access to individuals, families and providers making up to date information more readily available. The IS System is designed to be paperless and the Coshocton County Board of DD supports that philosophy. ISP's are agreed to electronically in the system. Action Plans and Learning Logs are also completed in the system allowing all team members to have better communication and up to date information about the person receiving supports.
