YOUR EMPLOYMENT STORY

Everyone has their own story.  Employment can be a part of your story.  The path to employment is different for everyone, which is a good thing because we are all unique with different interests, strengths, and skills.

The Employment Manager will assist you with services that will help you obtain a job.  There are services to assist you with exploring different careers.  You can do work assessments at local businesses to learn firsthand what careers may be a good match for you.  When you are ready to find a job, a job developer will work one on one with you working on interview skills, completing applications, and taking you to job interviews.  Once you start a job, a job coach will work alongside of you until you are ready to work on your own.  The job coach will still check in periodically to make sure things are going well at your job.
